Terms and Conditions for Ballygowan – Wild Irish Summer prize draw for IOI (NON-PURCHASE RELATED)

 

Short T&Cs

Open to customers in IOI residents only. 18+. Promotion opens from: 30.04.26. Closing Date: 01.10.2026. 100’s prizes to be won. Date restrictions apply. Internet access required. Scan the QR code on the point of sale and follow the steps on screen to be entered into the prize draw. The winners will have 7 days to claim from being notified of their win. No Purchase Necessary.   1. The Promotion is open to IOI residents aged 18+ only, excluding employees and the immediate families of Britvic Ireland, their affiliates or agents and any other person who is professionally associated with this promotion.
     

  2. The Promotion opens on 30.04.26 at 9am and closes on 01.10.26 at 11.59pm. Entries received after this time will not be counted. 
     

  3. Entry into this Promotion shall be deemed to be a full and unconditional acceptance by the entrant of these Terms and Conditions. 
     

  4. Failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Promotion and forfeiture of the Prize.
     

  5. No purchase necessary. 
     

  6. A maximum of one entry will be accepted during the promotional period. 
     

  7. To Enter: Scan the QR code on the point of sale during the Promotion Period and provide your details (full name, email address, contact number). Please ensure that all details are correctly filled on the online entry form. One entry per person.
     

  8. In the event of the entrant’s mobile number changing or the mobile being lost, stolen, or damaged during the promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve or amend any existing entries to a new mobile number.
     

  9. Winners will be drawn at random by an independent auditor, from all valid entries received by the closing date. 
     

  10. Winners will be notified via the telephone number used at the time of entry within 28 days of the closing date.
     

  11. The Promoter’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered.
     

  12. If any winner does not confirm acceptance of their prize within 7 days of the original notification, the Promotor reserves the right to disqualify their entry and award the prize to a reserve winner drawn at the same time as the original draw. 

 

Prize Details

 

  • There is a total of 210 prizes: allocated across four tiers. 
     

  • There are 7 categories of retailer included in this campaign: Tesco, SuperValu, Centra, Dunnes Stores, Henderson, Spar & “Other” (which includes all retailers outside the other 6 retailers). 


Each category of retailer will be allocated the following prizes
 

  • 1 x voucher to the value of €1,000 for a Luxury Experience 
     

  • 1 x voucher to the value of €500 for a Getaway Experience
     

  • 12 x sauna or coastal experiences
     

  • 12 x branded bath towels and 4 x branded towel ponchos.

  • If, for any reason, a prize cannot be fulfilled, a prize or voucher of an equal amount will be provided as an alternative.
     

  • Winning will be picked weekly from the 8th of June, and all prize winners will be picked by the 5th of October.
     

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to a prize will be offered, save for in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative reward of equal or greater value than the original.
